fulfillment policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 weeks. Custom orders or wholesale requests may take longer, with timelines communicated upon order confirmation.

Shipping: All items are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking included. Custom shipping options available by contacting me. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.

Delays: While I aim for timely fulfillment, delays may occur due to high order volumes, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns: Returns are accepted for most products within 30 days of delivery. Returns are NOT accepted for any custom item that required a paid DEPOSIT.
